We will walk you through all possible kinds of deductions, so be prepared to find records related to your expenditures. Bank statement alone will not protect you, we need receipts in case of an IRS audit. You can always do a modification if you forget to add any deduction in a previous tax return. in preparation for our appointment please review the check list prior to our meeting.

When you are ready, contact us to make your appointment. If you don’t have all your documents let us get started with what you have while you gather additional documentations.

To get ready for your appointment, please gather the following:

  • Last year’s tax return (if you don’t have one, don’t worry!)
  • Proper government ID with your names and spouse/partner
  • Proof of your SSN and your spouse/partner and dependents
  • Proof of birth dates of your spouse/partner and dependents
  • All of your W-2s, 1099s, and other tax paperwork you’ve received
  • A blank check if you’d like your refund direct-deposited to your bank account

  • The amount of rent or property tax you paid during the year
  • Any estimated tax payments you made during the year
  • List of charitable contributions made during the year

  • Mileage you drove for business, medical, or charitable purposes
  • A copy of your last car registration notice
